Let us start with the commercial tourist corridors near Disney and
in particular Maingate East & West -
Here you will find many tourist related Gift Stores packed with
T-shirts, trainers and jeans. Sports are represented by Sports
Dominator who always have a sale going on.
To attract the large number of visitors there are a few surprise
companies, along the highway, that have opened branches away from
Orlando's traditional spots.
Most predominant is World of Denim, which specializes in 'Name
Brand' jeans including Wrangler, Calvin Klein and Levis
A little further down the road to the east, you will also find the
Dress Barn and Van Heusen Outlets both located approximately 1-mile
east of Hwy. 535.

Approaching the West Vine Street area you'll come to the Wal-Mart
Super Centre with it's huge clothing department that also stocks
'Name Brand' and tourist items.
It is a busy place and can be a frustrating experience with the

Further East, you enter the quieter side of Kissimmee.
Shopping here starts first at the Osceola Square Mall, which houses
one of the two Beall's Women's Department Stores.
A little further East again, you'll find a Target Department Store,
followed by K-Mart. Both are local favourites.

For something a little more different
and less traditional, you may want to explore the "Historic"
Downtown District of Kissimmee.
Here you'll also find a few of the landmark stores that were here
long before Disney.
Make a right at Main Street to enter the Historic Kissimmee area.
