Somewhat obscured by the hustle and bustle of the US Hwy 192 area are the Subdivisions of Villas at Somerset, followed by the communities of Villas at Laguna Bay and Villas at Royal Palm Bay - the latter of which is conveniently found just past the junctions of both Poinciana Blvd. and Siesta Lago Drive.

A little further down the road are the subdivisions of Indian Pointe and Eagle Pointe, popular spots for area vacationers.

After passing this area and a little further down the road (about 3-4 miles), you'll find the community of Crescent Lakes, which is nestled between the short strip of land that houses both the Poinciana High School and Reedy Creek Elementary.

All offer you a convenient base of operation with their easy access to US Hwy 192, Osceola Parkway or the 24-Hour Wal-Mart Super Center located only minutes away.

Whether your going to Walt Disney World or the International Airport, this area will also offer you some of the least congested routes and thoroughfares to get you around.

A little further South on Poinciana Blvd, after it crosses Orange Blossom Trail is Doral Woods. Approx 20 minutes drive to Disney World.

Blending in with a city and rural setting this road has long been a favourite for the locals in navigating the area.

It's convenience and quick access will always remain a good choice for those who want to be close to the action, but still want to enjoy the comforts of the more off-beaten path in a much more rural setting.
