Surrounded by woodlands and orange groves, this subdivision is capped off with its most prominent feature - Lake Berkley. A relatively newer subdivision to area east of Hwy 535, this self-contained gated community remains one of the newer additions to the East US Hwy 192 area. 

Easy to find, simply turn right at Medieval Times Tournament and Dinner Show onto Oren Brown Rd. Then as you pass the secondary entryway of the adjacent Wal-Mart Super Center, look for the next road on you left which will take you into Lake Berkley Resort.

A large sign will also be found here indicating that you have navigated your way correctly.

Like many of the subdivisions found in this area of US Hwy 192, the small strips of roadway, such as Oren Brown Road, all connect the parallel Poinciana Blvd with US Hwy 192, which always remains a good alternative route if wanting to avoid some of the traffic that this area can be well known for.

But get your bearings first... Use Medieval Times Tournament and Dinner Show as your landmark and Oren Brown Rd., as your point of entry unless otherwise indicated by your Holiday Home Owner.

Close to Wal-Mart, Target and the City Center - a more local shopping theme will also dominate this area. Plus the location offers an exceptional ease of getting around via the major thoroughfares and then some.

Roads like Hoagland Blvd, Carroll St. and John Young Parkway are all part of the nearby network. 

A Sandy Beach, dock, volleyball and nature trail are all part of the amenities here. Quiet, and secluded, yet close to everything best sums the subdivision of Lake Berkley,
