Rental Homes and Condominiums - Interstate 4, Davenport area.
Generally you will find that most
subdivisions that may be accessible via the Interstate will be
located in the region of US Hwy 27 South, approximately 10 miles
south of the US Hwy 192 area.
However, there remains exceptions to this including some of these
subdivisions that are accessed via. State Route 545 and then US Hwy
54.
These can also be accessed via US Hwy 27 South (next exit - J23) to
US Hwy 54.
In this case, to the subdivisions of: Ashley Manor, Bridge Water
Crossing, Pinewood, Santa Cruz, Sunridge Woods and Thousand Oaks.
It all depends on your driving preference, whether you'd like to use
the more predominant US Hwy 27 and Interstate 4 or whether you would
like to use the more secondary roads - either way will get you
there.
If you're a believer that the shortest distance between any two
points is a straight line, then you might want to consider the
secondary routes for future outings. ---
--- Right off of US Hwy 27 and a little more immediate to this area, you
will find even more residential areas as part of the neighborhood.
The Subdivisions of Citrus Ridge, Deer Creek and Loma Linda are
among the communities in this part of the state.
This is definitely an area representative of Florida's rural
landscapes. --- --- Regardless of where your rental is located, you'll have to allow at
least a 12-15 mile radius when calculating your distances to Walt
Disney World.
Though on any map, or even our own description, this area can appear
to be a little further than expected.
But with the addition of Disney's 'World Drive' extension to
Interstate 4 (a more direct route), this certainly helps make up for
it in travel time.

If you're staying in this area, some subdivisions located here
may or may not be of equal distance when using either US Hwy 27 to US Hwy 192,
or Interstate 4 to US Hwy 192 as your primary routing to Walt Disney World. It
all depends on your location and your itinerary for that day
If going to Orlando, Lake Buena Vista or East Kissimmee (Maingate East). Best
use Exit #25 off the Interstate for 'Kissimmee East US Hwy 192,' or Exit #27
if going to 'Lake Buena Vista.' But again, this all depends on where you're
located on US Hwy 27.
If you're going to Orlando to visit the other attractions, you'll first exit
Sea World, International Drive and then Universal Studios - all via a
right-hand exit off of Interstate 4. Same with the 'Kissimmee East' and 'Lake
Buena' exits as you make your way towards Orlando.
'Kissimmee East USHwy 192' is where you'll find the Old Town Shopping and
Entertainment Complex, the Flea Markets, the City Center and most of the
area's Dinner Shows - all can be found on the US192 map.
Note: Unless your Holiday Home Owner instructs you to use
Hwy 545 (Old Wilson Lake Rd.) as a point-of-entry to the subdivisions that are
located near the junction of Hwy 545 and Hwy 54. Best use US Hwy 27, as there
no Interstate 4 Exits onto Hwy 545 or Hwy 54. Get you bearings first, then use
Hwy 545 as a shorter route to the West Maingate area via Old Lake Wilson Rd.
Again, best follow your Holiday Home Owners instructions. Especially, on the
day you arrive.
