A community within itself, there are homes, condominiums and shopping - all of which, you'd expect from an urban setting.

Though a little further out than most of the other subdivisions that are located either on or just to the East of the US192 corridor, the Buena Ventura Lakes area offers you some of the most convenient access to the Orlando International Airport via Boggy Creek Rd. and a surprisingly quick and direct route to the Theme Parks of the area.

Part of an explosive building boom in the 80's and 90's, this part of Kissimmee has continued to expand to the outer most boundaries of Osceola County.

North of US Hwy 192, and situated directly between the City Center and the Orlando International Airport, the primary roads that are used to navigate this area remain Orange Blossom Trail (Hwy 441), the Florida Turnpike to Universal Studios, Osceola Parkway to Walt Disney World and John Young Parkway to Sea World.

If coming from SR-417, this area is most accessible if coming directly via. Boggy Creek Rd. (exit #17) or Landstar Blvd. (exit #14).

Landstar Blvd, direction south, crosses Osceola Parkway and becomes Buenaventura Blvd. The heart road of the area.

(North of the SR-417exit at Landstar Blvd. is the Meadow Woods area.)

Boggy Creek Road. is the same road that forms the south exit of Orlando International Airport (MCO).

If arriving via either of these roads- Osceola Parkway is the key, as it will take you directly into the subdivisions of Buena Ventura Lakes.

If coming from the Disney area via US192 East, you would turn left at Denn John Lane, and then maybe after a 100 feet of so, a quick right onto Vine Street. This will take you directly to Boggy Creek Rd via the East Entrance of Buena Ventura Lakes.

If traveling west on US 192 from the Kissimmee/St. Cloud Florida Turnpike Exit (Northbound), Simpson Road would be you best bet.
